精細化工及原料工程項目45萬(wàn)噸/年全密度聚乙烯裝置氣動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)閥(小口徑球閥)，數量：共13套。
Fine chemical and raw material engineering project 450,000 tons/year full density polyethylene device pneumatic on-off valve (small diameter ball valve),
Quantity: 13 sets in total.

3. 對投標人的資質(zhì)要求
Qualification Requirements to Bidders
1) 投標人具有有效的營(yíng)業(yè)執照（境內投標人）/企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)許可證明文件（境外投標人），需提供相應證明復印件；
The bidder has a valid business license (bidder registered within territory of Peoples Republic of China)/ Incorpration Operating license document (bidder registered outside territory of Peoples Republic of China), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required;
2)      投標人為所投產(chǎn)品制造商，或與制造商同屬同一集團（同一母公司控股）或與制造商存在控股、參股的銷(xiāo)售公司，若投標人為上述情況的銷(xiāo)售公司，還須出具能證明與制造商同屬同一集團（同一母公司控股）或與制造商存在控股、參股的相關(guān)證明文件。
If the bidder is the manufacturer of the invested product, or belongs to the same group (controlled by the same parent company) as the manufacturer, or has a controlling or participating sales company with the manufacturer, if the bidder is a sales company in the above situation, relevant proof documents must be provided to prove that they belong to the same group (controlled by the same parent company) as the manufacturer or have a controlling or participating relationship with the manufacturer.
3）本項目不接受代理商投標；
This project does not accept agent bidding；
4）自2014年7月1日至投標文件遞交截止時(shí)間前7日（以合同簽訂時(shí)間為準），投標人在中國境內具有全密度聚乙烯裝置吹掃系統小口徑球閥供貨業(yè)績(jì)，單個(gè)供貨業(yè)績(jì)合同中不少于3套吹掃系統小口徑球閥。
注：須提供供貨業(yè)績(jì)合同的掃描件（含雙方蓋章、項目名稱(chēng)、貨物名稱(chēng)、供貨數量、簽訂日期）和簽字版技術(shù)協(xié)議的掃描件（應體現項目名稱(chēng)、裝置、供貨清單）等證明文件，未按上述要求提供或提供信息不全，則視為無(wú)效業(yè)績(jì)。
