簡(jiǎn)要規格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：防汛移動(dòng)泵車(chē)采購:流量3000立方米/小時(shí)大功率排水搶險泵車(chē)1輛，排水設備采用電驅動(dòng)水泵，主要加強城市道路積水應急排水處置能力，預算金額230萬(wàn)元（其中國債支持92萬(wàn)元（40%），部門(mén)預算安排138萬(wàn)元（60%））。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Flood control mobile pump truck procurement: flow rate of 3000 cubic meters / hour high-power drainage rescue pump truck 1, drainage equipment using electric drive pump, mainly to strengthen the urban road water emergency drainage disposal capacity, the budget amount of 2.3 million yuan (Chinese debt support 920,000 yuan (40%), departmental budget arrangement 1.38 million yuan (60%)).


合同履約期限：2025年3月30日前完成全部供貨。并在中標后3個(gè)月內明確“上海范圍內服務(wù)受理點(diǎn)”。
The Contract Period: All deliveries will be completed by 30 March 2025. And within 3 months after winning the bid, the "service acceptance point within Shanghai" will be clarified.
