澄清或變更簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明：投標截止時(shí)間/開(kāi)標時(shí)間變更為2024年1月3日9:30（北京時(shí)間）中化建國際招標有限責任公司受招標人委托對下列產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)進(jìn)行國際公開(kāi)競爭性招標，于2024-12-13在中國國際招標網(wǎng)發(fā)布變更公告。本次招標采用傳統招標方式，現邀請合格投標人參加投標。

（1）資格要求 Requirements for Qualification of BidderA．如果投標人為境內注冊公司，投標人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營(yíng)業(yè)執照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機構代碼證或證照合一的營(yíng)業(yè)執照；如果投標人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明；A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license;The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B. 投標人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商須具備有效的GB/T19001（ISO9001）質(zhì)量體系認證證書(shū)。如果有國家相關(guān)部門(mén)發(fā)布的最新體系標準，以最新體系標準為準，投標時(shí)須提供證書(shū)復印件。B.
