中國石油物資有限公司受招標人委托對下列產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)進(jìn)行國際公開(kāi)競爭性招標，于2024-12-18在中國國際招標網(wǎng)公告。本次招標采用電子招標方式，現邀請合格投標人參加投標。

（1）投標人須按招標文件第一冊第四章格式IV-9.資格證明文件格式的要求填寫(xiě)和提交有關(guān)資料；All Bidders are requested to fill in according to the requirements of Format IV-9 in Section IV and provide relevant information；
（2）投標產(chǎn)品原產(chǎn)地在關(guān)境內的投標人必須是制造商（不接受代理商投標）。Bidder must be the Manufacturer if the goods are originated from PRC投標產(chǎn)品原產(chǎn)地在關(guān)境外的投標人必須是制造商或制造商直接授權的代理商； Bidder must be the Manufacturer itself or directly authorized Agent if the goods are originated from outside of PRC；
