簡(jiǎn)要規則描述：根據《浦東新區“十五五”規劃研究和編制工作方案》（浦府辦〔2024〕16號）和《浦東新區“十五五”區級規劃編制工作方案》（浦府辦〔2025〕10號）要求，擬通過(guò)公開(kāi)競爭性磋商的方式選取一家合格的供應商提供“十四五”規劃總結評估和“十五五”規劃編制服務(wù)，其中“十五五”規劃編制主要包括生態(tài)建設、環(huán)境保護、水務(wù)海洋、綠化林業(yè)、市容環(huán)衛、黃浦江東岸發(fā)展等規劃編制，并形成相關(guān)成果文件。（具體詳見(jiàn)第三章采購需求書(shū)）
Brief Specification Description: According to the requirements of the "Work Plan for the Study and Preparation of the 15th Five-Year Plan for Pudong New Area" (Pu Fu Ban [2024] No. 16) and the "Work Plan for the Preparation of the 15th Five-Year Plan for Pudong New Area" (Pu Fu Ban [2025] No. 10), it is proposed to select a qualified supplier to provide summary evaluation of the "14th Five-Year Plan" and "15th Five-Year Plan" preparation services through open and competitive consultation. The development of the east bank of the Huangpu River and other plans were prepared, and relevant outcome documents were formed. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements)


合同履約期限：自合同簽訂之日起至2026年12月31日。
