Entrusted by North Huajin Refining and Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (Tenderee), China Cntc International Tendering Corporation (Tendering Agent) invites sealed bids by international bidding method from potential bidders for the supply of the following goods and related services:
高密度聚乙烯裝置及全密度聚乙烯裝置氣動(dòng)蝶閥8臺。其中，30萬(wàn)噸/年高密度聚乙烯裝置氣動(dòng)調節蝶閥7臺； 45萬(wàn)噸/年全密度聚乙烯裝置氣動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)蝶閥 1臺。
High density polyethylene device and full density polyethylene device pneumatic butterfly valve 8 sets. Among them, 300,000 tons/year high-density polyethylene device pneumatic control butterfly valve 7; 450,000 tons/year full density polyethylene device pneumatic switch butterfly valve 1.

3. 對投標人的資質(zhì)要求
Qualification Requirements to Bidders

招標代理機構編號(Tendering Agent No.)：0618-244TC240PG9F
1)投標人具有有效的營(yíng)業(yè)執照（境內投標人）/企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)許可證明文件（境外投標人），需提供相應證明復印件；
The bidder has a valid business license (bidder registered within territory of People’s Republic of China)/ Incorpration Operating license document (bidder registered outside territory of People’s Republic of China), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required;
2)國內制造商需提供中華人民共和國特種設備生產(chǎn)許可證；國外制造商須提供所投產(chǎn)品特種設備型式試驗證書(shū)和《中華人民共和國特種設備生產(chǎn)許可證》；
Domestic manufacturers are required to provide the Special Equipment Production License of the People's Republic of China; Foreign manufacturers must provide special equipment type test certificates and the Special Equipment Production License of the People's Republic of China for the products they invest in；
3）投標人為所投產(chǎn)品制造商，或與制造商同屬同一集團（同一母公司控股）或與制造商存在控股、參股的銷(xiāo)售公司，若投標人為上述情況的銷(xiāo)售公司，還須出具能證明與制造商同屬同一集團（同一母公司控股）或與制造商存在控股、參股的相關(guān)證明文件。
If the bidder is the manufacturer of the invested product, or belongs to the same group (controlled by the same parent company) as the manufacturer, or has a controlling or participating sales company with the manufacturer, if the bidder is a sales company in the above situation, relevant proof documents must be provided to prove that they belong to the same group (controlled by the same parent company) as the manufacturer or have a controlling or participating relationship with the manufacturer.

4）投標產(chǎn)品中防爆電磁閥和接近開(kāi)關(guān)須具有中國國家強制性產(chǎn)品認證證書(shū);
